8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personal nature of skincare products:

  • Returns are not accepted on used products.

  • Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

  • Ballard Court Creations is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once shipped.

If issues arise, we will assist you in working with the carrier.
